How to book?
The easiest way to book your stay is via our online booking.
You can also send a request to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The price depends on the room category and the package deal wanted.
Can I bring children?
All ages are welcome but please keep in mind to show respect towards guests who wish to have some peace and quiet. We do not allow toys in the pool.
Can I put my own package deal together?
Of course you can put your own package deal together. Then you start with the price of the room with or without half board and add the activities you wish to include during your stay.
Can I wish for a certain room?
We take requests but cannot guarantee which room you will get. We reserve the right to distribute the rooms in the best way possible.
Are the rooms different? Have all rooms their own bathroom?
No rooms look the same, but all of them are double rooms with their own toilet and shower, balcony or terrace.
We have one less expensive room, slightly smaller and close to the reception. It can be experienced as a little more sound-sensitive and it is also placed on the ground level with a small outdoor area.
Is there space for extra beds in the rooms?
You can add extra beds in our larger double rooms. If you wish to have an extra bed, please notify us when you are booking so we can plan for this.
Is the pool always open? Is it heated?
The pool is available every day the hotel is open. It is not heated and can be a little cool early and late in the season.
Do you arrange weddings and other kinds of parties?
Yes, we arrange weddings and parties. Please contact our booking office at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation and more information.
We are a large group of people who would like to book a stay including activities and/or conference – how do we book this?

What are your cancellation terms?
Here you will find all our terms.
Note: There are different rules for individual rooms and for bookings of 8 rooms or more.
Are dogs allowed at the hotel?
We have two rooms where we allow dogs below knee height, maximum one dog per room. An extra fee of 25€ per night will be charged.
Which airport is the most suitable?
Villa La Madonna is located in the north of Italy, in the Piemonte area, and it takes approx. 1,5 – 2 hours by car from most suitable international airports. See approx. distance and time below:
Milano (Malpensa/Linate) 170 km – 2 h
Genua 80 km – 1 h 15 min
Torino 130 km – 1 h 45 min
Bergamo 200 km – 2h 30 min
Nice 220 km – 2 h 45 min
Transfer to and from the airport?
We can book transfer for you from most of the international airports. Transfer from the airport from 250 € (by car for 1-3 persons). You can also rent a car which we recommend if you would like to have a look around in the area.
Do we need to bring our own bath towels, hair dryer etc?
There are among other things, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathroom products, robe, slippers and umbrella in all rooms.
Can we let you know about allergies when we arrive?
Yes, please tell us as soon as you arrive, but preferably before your arrival.
Times for checking in and out?
You can check in from 15:00. Please let us know if you will arrive later than 18:00.
You check out at 11:00 at the latest on your departure day.
We wish to include activities, what can you suggest?
You can read more about our activities here. Most activities can be booked on spot but if you are a larger group we recommend you to pre-book. If you have other wishes about activities we are happy to help you with these.
We have booked full board with lunch and dinner, can we ourselves decide when we wish to have lunch?
That is fine, you decide if you wish to have it on your arrival day or departure day.
How to book spa treatments?
You contact the reception at the hotel or you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can your wines be ordered from home?
Yes, you can order our wines for delivery to your home. Order here.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
You can buy a gift voucher online on our site here and have it sent home or sent as a pdf. You can also contact our booking office in order to purchase a gift voucher.
