We are looking for an ambitious chef for our hotel kitchen. Our menu includes a unique combination of International Italian food with a Piemontese touch. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has experience in a high-class or Fine Dining restaurant and has some years of experience leading people. As we are a hotel restaurant with 3 services a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), 7 days a week during season, this role requires high flexibility and high ambitions. We are primarily looking for a chef that should work closely with our Head Chef and be responsible for the evenings and the dinner service.

You will be part of leading a team of cooks and work closely together with our Restaurant Manager, our Sommelier/Wine director, and our Management. As we are a seasonal hotel you will work a lot during the 9 month of season, March-November, and have a lot of free time and vacation during December-February.

The job is a full time, full year employment and the starting date will be March 2023.
