Delivery

We deliver by normal freight to most countries within the EU, including Switzerland. You are notified before delivery, like with any other consignment. Besides freight and handling fee, no other charge (like customs fee or VAT) is added.

This is how it works:

1. Add the products you want to buy in the basket.
2. When you are done, go to the BASKET and check your order. The shipping cost will be added after you have put your address.
3. When everything is OK click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
4. Fill in your address and billing details. When it’s done you can also see the correct shipping cost to your country and address.
5. Agree to the terms & conditions.
6. Click on PLACE ORDER.
7. You are now redirected to the credit card payment.
8. All the Credit Cards will directly be charged at the moment of the transaction
9. When your payment is confirmed to us you will receive an order confirmation and we will start working on your order.
10. When we send your order from Villa La Madonna you will receive another e-mail.
11. It will take approximately five weekdays for the delivery to reach you from us in Italy.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw your order until we sent it. Please notify us a.s.a.p. so that we can pay our money back and cancel your order.
