Deposition
We reserve the right to charge a 20% deposit of the whole value of the booking at the time of booking, to be payed within 10 days. We also require credit card details to secure for the reservation. For group bookings (including parties and weddings, when the whole hotel is booked), a deposit of
35% of the value of the booking is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION of INDIVIDUAL ROOMS
Cancellation 45 days before arrival day
20 % of the total booking value will be charged.
Cancellation 30-7 days before arrival day
50 % of the total booking value will be charged.
Cancellation 7-0 days before arrival day or “no show”
100 % of the total booking value will be charged.
CANCELLATION of THE WHOLE HOTEL
OR MORE THAN 8 ROOMS
Cancellation from the day of confirmation until 60 days before arrival day
20 % of the total booking value will be charged
Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival day
50 % of the total booking value will be charged
Cancellation 1-30 days before arrival day
100 % of the total booking value will be charged
