Food and setting are central to your stay. There is nothing quite like sitting on the piazza as a chilled glass of rosé is poured and lunch begins in the afternoon sun. Inspired by Italy and Piemonte, our menus follow the seasons, celebrating local ingredients and herbs from our garden, complemented by wines from our collection.
