Led by our expert sommeliers, each tasting blends storytelling, history, and the incredible flavors of Piemonte’s renowned wines.

Our talented Wine Director and Sommelier, Josh Eisenhauer, has curated an impressive collection of both exclusive winemakers and lesser known local producers. Today, our wine cellar houses over 600 carefully selected labels from Piemonte.
The Classic Tasting
Explore four classic Piemontese wines in this signature tasting. Beginning with a sparkling wine, followed by a white and two local reds, this experience offers a balanced introduction to the region’s history and flavors.
The Reds of Piemonte
Delve into the world of Piemonte’s celebrated red wines. Taste traditional varietals such as Dolcetto and Barbera before progressing to the prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco. In a relaxed atmosphere, this tasting provides a deeper understanding of the region and its red wine traditions.
The Barolo Master Class
Designed for true wine enthusiasts, this in depth tasting focuses exclusively on Barolo, often referred to as “the King of Wines.” Discover the history of Barolo, the significance of single vineyard wines, and how terroir and production styles shape the unique character of each bottle. With a minimum of four and a maximum of eight participants, this intimate master class offers a deeper appreciation of what makes Barolo so extraordinary.
