Sparkling rosé wine
The newest entry in our wine portfolio. This wine is made 100% with Barbera grapes from our vineyards. Aged in the champagne method (known as Metodo Classico here in Italy) for 30 months before release. Its pale salmon colour suggests the elegant style that follows. The nose shows stone fruit and strawberry. The palate delicate but with an assertive perlage and bright acidity to finish. Released in a limited edition of 1000 manually numbered bottles.
