Whether you’re new to wine or a seasoned connoisseur, our tastings offer something special for everyone. Each session is designed to be both informative and enjoyable, blending education with the pleasure of tasting some of the finest wines Piemonte has to offer. Let us guide you through the finest flavors of Piemonte in an unforgettable setting.

The Classic Tasting

Explore four typical Piemontese wines in this signature tasting. Beginning with a sparkling wine, followed by a white, and two delicious local reds, this experience is perfect for those seeking a balance of history and flavor. Lasting about an hour, it’s an informal journey into the region’s winemaking heritage, with plenty of opportunities for questions.

The Reds of Piemonte

Dive deep into the robust red wines of Piemonte. Taste traditional varietals like Dolcetto and Barbera before moving on to the prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco. With a relaxed atmosphere focused on storytelling, this tasting provides a rich introduction to the heart of Piemonte’s red wines.

The Barolo Master Class

For true wine enthusiasts, this technical tasting centers exclusively on Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines.” Discover the history of Barolo, the significance of single vineyard wines, and how terroir and production styles shape each bottle’s unique character. With a minimum of four and a maximum of eight participants, this intimate session provides a deeper appreciation of what makes Barolo so extraordinary.

Our talented sommelier and wine director Josh Eisenhauer has built an impressive collection of both exclusive winemakers and more unknown producers from the area. We have over 600 labels in our historic wine cellar from the 17th century.
